It's Saturday already and that means its time for another one of my recipe results from chef
Eric Ripert's toaster oven series from his website,
Avec Eric. Today I'm featuring the Herb Roasted Chicken Tenders. Cooking with a toaster oven is so quick and simple and this recipe is one that you can do a lot with.
Wow, those sound good. I think the panko bread crumbs is a good idea. Thanks for the recipe.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to send this one to my son.
ReplyDeleteSounds yummy. Nothing better than chicken tenders. I make my own bread crumbs with really finely grated crackers and spices so I would try and use that. What I like most about chicken is how fast it is and how good. I really like this feature you're doing. I love to talk 'cooking'. lol.
ReplyDeleteSounds good! I enjoy seeing him on Top Chef when he guest judges.
ReplyDeletethis sounds divine!! Thanks for the recipe. I've got to give this a try...wish I would've kept my toaster over!!
ReplyDeleteYummy! I'll have to try these.

How many ounces is one chicken tender? The bag of skinless, boneless tenders I am using just has nutrition per 4 ounces, but I have no idea how many tenders that is.
ReplyDeleteJane: I didn't measure exactly 6 or 7 oz of chicken. I did as many as I could put on the try without the chicken touching. If the chicken touches, they will stick together while cooking. I used about 6 chicken tenders.
